A lot of texting, reading emails, and calling people during the drive home from work. It feels like it’s my real job. Especially with how difficult and hectic the project at work has become, I look forward to Real Estate and any actions related to it, because I know I’m taking steps towards the goal, no matter how small the step. Real estate is the path to my goals for my family and for myself. Getting out of the rat race to provide for my family.
Settlement finally arrived. I’m glad we didn’t decide to move the date earlier. Since it converted to a HML, we had the opportunity as early as March 22, but we maintained the April 1 timeframe. This truly allowed us to have the patience and timeframe to ask all the other questions we had on our minds and more importantly to figure out how to work with Contractors. Not that we have it now, but we definitely needed the time to continue to learn and grow in that area.
