For outsiders, Baltimore is known for its crime. It is certainly nice to hear this video and read this article showing Council people driving to connect with the mayor and request assistance from the governor and other parties in order to create and Implement plans for addressing crime.
As Real Estate Investors, the goal is to continue to look for a location. A location where crime is low to moderate to ensure that the tenants feel safe. The idea is that we find this distressed property in a neighborhood where we can increase the value through renovations to improve its safety inside the home along with the luxury style finishes.
The article states that they are appealing to the governor for resources to fight crime.
